Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Zinc-Rich Powder Coatings

This series of products is a type of anti-corrosion powder coating that provides high-quality corrosion protection for steel structures exposed to harsh weather and environmental conditions. It is suitable for use on metal components, gas tanks, bridges, roadside facilities, etc. ALESTA ZN, as an anti-corrosion coating, can be used either as a standalone single layer or as a primer.

Powder Properties

• Specific gravity: 1.2~1.8 g/cm³

• Particle size: average particle diameter generally 30~38 µm, with >99% of particles <66 µm. Please specify any special requirements in advance.

• Flowability: Exhibits good fluidization and transport properties; fluidization index available upon request from the company.

• Storage stability: Can be stored at <25°C for up to one year.
